Return Policy
We want you to love your piece. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help—with a few important details to keep in mind.
Returns for Ready-to-Ship (RTS) Items

We accept returns for RTS (non-custom) items within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in original, unworn condition, including all original packaging (boxes, certificates, and any accessories).

Returns will incur a 15% restocking fee, which covers professional cleaning, inspection, and handling.

Custom orders and resized rings (whether resized by us or another jeweler) are final sale and non-refundable.
Return Shipping

The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the client.

Returns must be shipped via 2-Day shipping or faster and must be fully insured for the full value of the item.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged return shipments—please ship carefully and insure your package accordingly.
Undeliverable Shipments
If your package is returned to us as undeliverable (for example, due to a missed signature or incorrect address):

We will issue a refund minus the shipping and insurance costs we incurred.

You’re welcome to provide an updated shipping address if you'd like us to resend the item.
Undeliverable Custom Orders
Custom orders are final sale and non-refundable, even if returned as undeliverable. If a custom item is sent back to us for any reason, the client remains fully responsible for the purchase.
We’ll reach out to coordinate re-shipment, and any additional shipping and insurance costs must be paid before we resend the piece. If we cannot reach you or arrange delivery within 14 days, we will securely hold your item until further instructions are received.
Please double-check your shipping information and make sure someone 21 or older is available to sign for delivery.
Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your order, please review the following:

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us via email or through our contact form.

We’ll respond as quickly as possible to confirm your cancellation before processing begins.
Custom Orders

For custom pieces, once the 24-hour window has passed, the sale is considered final and non-cancellable. Full refund and return policies will apply from that point forward.
Sale Items

Sale items are not eligible for cancellation at any time.
