In addition to our finished jewelry, we maintain a small, exclusive inventory of beautifully cut loose gemstones, perfect for custom creations. You're welcome to explore and purchase any of our available pieces directly. We do not follow generic cutting models. Every gem design is adapted for that specific piece of rough with the intention of maximizing both beauty and performance. As each piece of rough is unique, we believe they should be treated as so. A few things to consider: 

  • If you plan to resize a ring locally, we recommend only adjusting by ±2 sizes to ensure the structural integrity of the piece. 
  • We can resize the ring for you. Resizing adds an estimated 2–4 weeks to your delivery timeline.
  • One complimentary resizing is available on select ready-to-ship items.

Creating a Custom Piece

All faceting is performed in our own studio by award-winning gem cutters. We work to exacting tolerances, ensuring:

We offer two convenient ways to begin your custom jewelry journey:

  • Option 1: Purchase a Loose Gemstone
    Select a gemstone from our [Gemstones] page and we’ll reach out within 1–2 business days to begin the design process. All loose stones are intended for custom work.
  • Option 2: Fill Out Our Custom Order Form
    Use the form at the bottom of this page to request a diamond center stone, check for available cut stones not listed online, or start a project directly.

Please note:

  • We do not cut gemstones to order or source rough material.
  • All custom gemstones must come from our in-house cut stone inventory.


What to Expect from the Custom Process

Once we receive your gemstone purchase or custom order form, we’ll respond within 2–3 business days to initiate your project. You'll then receive our Custom Design Agreement, which outlines:

  • Timelines
  • Payment terms
  • Revision policy
  • Cancellation conditions
  • Protection for both parties


Key Details:

  • A $500 non-refundable CAD fee is required to begin design work. This fee acts as a deposit and will be applied to the final balance.
  • Custom orders typically have a 9-week lead time.
  • CAD rendering is delivered in 1–2 weeks.
  • We include 2 complimentary revisions in the initial CAD fee. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
  • Once you approve the CAD, production begins: casting, setting, finishing.


We’re happy to provide progress updates at any stage. Your satisfaction and peace of mind are our top priorities.


Important Considerations for Custom Orders

  • While we are happy to recreate previous ring designs, please keep in mind:
    Gemstone color and character cannot be exactly replicated. Each stone is unique.
    Design proportions may vary based on the dimensions of the selected center stone.
  • We only use gemstones from our own cut stone inventory.
  • We do not accept customer-provided stones.
  • There is a limited capacity for custom orders per month.
  • We offer both natural and lab-grown diamonds for center and side stones.
  • All diamond center stones include certification. 
  • Certificates for colored stones are available upon request.
